Is using interdental brushes better than flossing?

How many brushes will I get in my monthly parcel?
Your monthly parcel is fully customizable, with up to two different sizes of brushes, or two of the same size per box. To sign up to our monthly subscription package, get started here.
How much does cost?
Biteaway’s subscription package costs $15.80/month. With your first order, you will get a free tongue cleaner and a deluxe brush holder, which you will receive once per year with a continued subscription. We also include free shipping worldwide from Switzerland, where our high quality brushes are lovingly made.
What is included in my monthly parcel?
10 perfectly sized brushes for your teeth, two handy boxes for easy storage and two travel holders.
When will I receive my brushes?
About 8 days or earlier after you place your order. After that, you will receive it on the same date each month. To find out when your next delivery date is, login to ‘My Account’ and then click on ‘My Subscription’.
Can I pause my subscription for one month?
Absolutely! We know that sometimes life can be unpredictable. All you need to do is login and go to the ‘My Subscription’ section and click on ‘Take a break’. That’s it. We won’t charge you for the next billing cycle and your subscription will automatically start again the following month. If you’d like to take more of a break, just click the button once a month. BUT, just remember that the subscription ensures you always have enough brushes to keep to your daily teeth-cleaning routine, which will keep your mouth healthy and eliminate bad breath.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Even though we’re sad you might be leaving us, we’ve made it really easy for you to cancel your subscription. Follow these simple steps and it shall be done:
- Login to ‘My Account’
- Choose ‘My Subscription’
- Click ‘Cancel My Subscription’

How do I update what brushes I receive in my monthly parcel?
It’s easy to update the contents of your parcel. Just login to ‘My Account’, click on ‘Edit My Subscription’ then let us know what brushes you’d like to receive every month.
How do I update my shipping or billing details?
Again, it’s very simple. Once you’re logged in, go to ‘My Account’ and look for the ‘Edit’ button next to your existing shipping or billing information. Click the links and give us your new details!
